NEVER spray water to clean the display case.

Cleaning interval: weekly or when the unit is clearly dirty.
▶ Use only warm water and neutral Marseilles soap.
▶ Dry well with a soft cloth.
CLEANING THE DISPLAY SECTION
Cleaning interval: weekly or when the unit is clearly dirty.
▶ Remove all the tubs containing ice cream and place them
in special refrigerators.
▶ Use only warm water and neutral Marseilles soap.
▶ Dry well with a soft cloth.
CLEANING OF GLASSES
Cleaning interval: weekly or when the unit is clearly dirty.
▶ Use only warm water and neutral Marseilles soap.
▶ Dry well with a soft cloth.
CLEANING THE ICE CREAM TUBS
Cleaning interval: daily or when the unit is clearly dirty.
▶ Use only warm water and neutral Marseilles soap.
▶ Dry well with a soft cloth.
7.5 EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE
Maintenance must only be carried out by qualified per-
sonnel.
CAUTION! Disconnect the machine from the
mains before carrying out any maintenance.
7.5.1 Cleaning the condenser
Cleaning interval: monthly.
▶ Unscrew the screws V that hold the grille A in place and
remove it.
▶ Use a standard vacuum cleaner, or a brush with stiff
bristles, and gently remove (avoiding bending or breaking
the fins) any dust residue that may have been deposited
on the fins of the condenser (B).
