9.2 Sleep timer
Activate the sleep timer if you want to listen to the radio for a while before you fall
asleep and the DIGITRADIO 52 is to switch automatically to standby.
> Press the Sleep buon on the DIGITRADIO 52 several times to select from
the time periods available, aer which the DIGIRADIO 52 should switch to the
standby mode aer expiry of the time. Available for selection: 15 minutes, 30
minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes and 120 minutes.
If the sleep timer is active, you can enquire about the time remaining by briefly
pressing the Sleep buon again.
9.3 Alarm
The DigitRadio 51 has the facility of individually seing 2 programmable alarm times.
9.3.1 Seing the alarm
The alarm function cannot be operated until the correct time has been set.
9 Other functions
9.1 Charging function for external devices
The DIGITRADIO 52 has a wired and wireless (to Qi standard) charging function for
external devices such as mobile phones and smartphones.
Caution: Do not use both variants at the same time. This can cause damage to
your devices.
9.1.1 Wired charging of external devices
Use the original charging cable (USB) for your external device and insert the USB plug
into the USB port (DC OUT) on the rear of the DIGITRADIO 52.
The external device can be charged at a maximum of 5V and 1A.
9.1.2 Wireless charging of external devices
If your external device has a wireless charging function (wireless charging to Qi
standard), you can place it on the charging mat on the top of the DIGITRADIO 52. The
display of your external device must be facing upwards when doing so. If correctly
orientated, the charging process will begin automatically. Please refer to the instruction
manual for your external device for more information on wireless baery charging.
