23 Disposal instructions
The device packaging is comprised exclusively of recyclable materials. Please sort
these and take them to a "Dual System" recycling facility. This product is identified
according to Directive 2012/19/EU on Electricaland ElectronicWaste (WEEE) and,
at the end of its service life, must not be disposed of with normal domestic waste. It
must be taken to a collection point for recycling electrical and electronic devices.
The
symbol on the product, the instruction manual or the packaging indicates
this.
The materials used can be re-used in accordance with their labelling. An important
contribution is made to our environment by recycling, the recovery of materials or
other kinds of recycling for old devices.
Please ask local authorities for the location of the relevant disposal point. Ensure
that flat baeries/rechargeable baeries and electronic waste are not disposed of
with household waste, but are disposed of properly (returned to specialist dealers,
hazardous waste).
Important instruction for disposal of baeries/rechargeable baeries: Baeries/
rechargeable baeries may contain toxic substances that are harmful to the
environment and must be disposed of separately from the device. For the chemical
composition, please refer to the technical data or the text printed on the baery/
rechargeable baery.
Therefore you must always comply with applicable statutory provisions when you
dispose of baeries / rechargeable baeries. Never dispose baeries / rechargeable
baeries in normal household waste. Used baeries / rechargeable baeries can be
disposed of at your specialist retailer or at specialist disposal sites free of charge.
For products with a baery/rechargeable baery compartment, you can remove
the baery or rechargeable baery directly. If baeries/rechargeable baeries are
permanently installed, please do not aempt to remove them yourself under any
circumstances. In this case, contact the appropriate specialist personnel, e.g. from a
waste disposal company.
We would point out that you should delete all personal data saved on the device
before disposing of it.
