Voltage between GND and Blue wires can be used to check if remote control properly
works. In fact it is normally 4,1Vdc, but it goes to 3,8Vdc when you keep pressed the
remote control button.

Led lamps voltages can be measured when the lamp is working.
*That means when the lamp is lighting the colour referred to the colour of the wire.
