Using the equipment
Sit facing the handgrips.
Pull up lever (A) under the back of the seat to adjust the height so that the chest
pad (B) is halfway up your breastbone. Body weight is sufficient to lower the seat;
to raise it, on the contrary, you must stand up.
Select the workload with pin (C).
Position the chest pad so that the workload is slightly raised when your arms are
extended.
Stand up and take hold of the handgrips (D) symmetrically.
In the starting position, your feet will be on footrests (E), your arms extended and
the weight stack slightly raised.
