Adductors
Stand on the platform in front of the
equipment.
Grip the handgrips and place the leg being
exercised on top of the roller.
Push the roller downward until the lever is
perpendicular to the platform, without angling
the upper body to assist the movement.
During the return movement of the exercise,
do not set the weight stack down on its rest
position.
Constantly control the speed of the motion; the
speed of the return movement should be slower
than that of the outward movement.
To train the other leg, repeat from step 2.
