Stand on the platform in front of the
equipment.
Grip the handgrips and rest outer part of the leg
being exercised on the roller.
Push the roller outward to the side without
making angling the upper body.
During the return movement of the exercise,
do not set the weight stack down on its rest
position.
Constantly control the speed of the motion; the
speed of the return movement should be slower
than that of the outward movement.
To train the other leg, repeat from step 2.
