Multi Hip
Using the equipment
Quadriceps
Stand on the platform, with the hip to be
exercised toward the weight stack.
Grip a handgrip and place the leg to be
exercised on the roller.
Push the roller forward, without twisting the
upper body.
During the return movement of the exercise,
do not set the weight stack down on its rest
position.
Continually control the speed of the movement;
the speed of the return movement should be
slower than that of the outward movement.
To train the other side, repeat from step 2.
