Why does my TECNICOMAR Water Dispenser system shut down for OVERLOAD ALARM fault?

  The TECNICOMAR Water Dispenser system might shut down due to an overload alarm for several reasons: 1. The black switch button of the circuit switch breakers may be wrongly set. Ensure it is in the ON position, pressed inside the switch circuit breaker. 2. Circuit switch breakers keep tripping, indicating a system short circuit that needs to be resolved. 3. The power supply voltage may be incorrect. Power the plant with a voltage suitable to that indicated on the system nameplate, or replace the ECOmar S STP with one suitable for the power supply line voltage. 4. A broken control box can also cause this issue; in this case, it should be repaired or replaced.

  The system may shut down due to a filling alarm fault because of: 1. A malfunctioning Min. Level Sensor of the Treatment Tank. To resolve this, clean the level sensor and reinstall it. 2. Malfunctioning Filling Pump. Open all the valves installed along each filling pump suction / delivery piping. 3. A broken control box. If this is the case, repair or replace the main control box.

  The TECNICOMAR Water Dispenser system might shut down due to a seawater alarm fault for these reasons: 1. A malfunctioning Max. Level Sensor of the Treatment Tank. Clean the level sensor and re-install it. 2. A malfunctioning Seawater Pump. Open all the valves installed along seawater pump suction piping. 3. A broken control box. If this is the problem, repair or replace the main control box.

  If your TECNICOMAR Water Dispenser is exhibiting excessive noise and vibrations, consider the following: 1. **System pulsation**: Check the Filling /Seawater pump correct priming and the presence of any leaks or restrictions on their suction piping, and correct it. 2. **Worn seals**: Replace pumps (filling, seawater, macerating) seals. 3. **Air presence**: Pressurize the affected circuit (filling, seawater, sludge discharge, clarified water discharge), by filling it activating the relative pump. This will help to eliminate the infiltrated air.

Set the black switch button of the circuit switch breakers, in ON position, with the switch button pressed inside the switch circuit breaker. 2. Wrong or inefficient ventilation of the treatment tank. Remove any obstructions from the air relief and vent line, ensuring they are as free as possible. 3. A broken control box. If this is the case, repair or replace the main control box.
