Cooking
The steam coming from the lid, is
extremely hot.
Never move your deep fryer with
hot oil inside.
Never move the fryer with the lid
open.
Lowering the basket
For basket with metallic handle:
• After the temperature indicator light goes out place
the basket in the oil bath.
• Close the lid (handle sits in the notches under the
handle.
For basket with external folding handle:
• After the temperature indicator light goes out place
the basket in the oil bath.
• Close the lid.
• The handle can be folded back fully into its housing
on the outside of the fryer.
End of cooking
For basket with metallic handle
• Open the lid.
For basket with external folding handle:
• Press the handle unlocking button. Lift the handle
horizontally, you hear a click as it locks.
• Open the lid.
Removing the food
• Drain the food. Place the basket on the edge of the
bowl with basket hanging clips.
• Close the lid.
• Then serve.
Switching off the deep fryer
• When you have finished frying foods, set the on-off
switch to the 0 position.
• Unplug the deep fryer. Do not let the cord hang over
the kitchen work surface.
• Leave the deep fryer to cool down completely with
lid closed (1 to 2 hours).
• Wind the power cord around the body of the fryer.
• Only use the carrying side handles to move the deep
fryer.
Add salt and pepper away from
the deep fryer to avoid getting
in the oil. For crisp fried food,
open the lid as soon as you
have finished cooking.
To prepare to use a second
time :
- Wait for the temperature
indicator light to go out before
lowering the foods into the oil.
- Adjust the oil level according
to the quantity of food to be
fried.
