1. Fresh dough and thin-base rolled dough
pizzas using the MAESTRO PIZZA function
2. Frozen and precooked pizzas with the
function

For optimum results when cooking pizzas
with fresh dough, roll out the dough as much
as possible. If the dough is not correctly
rolled out, the results will be uneven.
