Temperature Measurements
Connect the
P6601
temperature
probe to
the front-
panel TEMP connector.
Use care to align the connector
pins. Press the TEMP
°C
push button.
Apply
the
probe
sensor tip to
the device-under-test (OUT).
Allowsufficient
time
for the probe tip to stabilize before
taking
a
reading.
The
time
to reach a
stable
reading is a
function
of the
thermal mass of the probe
and
OUT, the
thermal
resistance
of
the probe and DUT, and the amount of heat
being
applied
to the
DUT.

for more information

probe use.
