f. Check against limits:

CHECK that the readout for the measurement Mean readout on
screen is within the limits listed for the current vertical scale and
termination/offset/generator settings. Enter the value on test record.

Repeat substep 2.d, reversing the polarity of the termination voltage,
offset, and generator settings as is listed in the table.
■
CHECK that the Mean measurement readout on screen is within the
limits listed for the current vertical scale setting and termination/
offset/generator settings. Enter the value on test record.
■
Repeat substeps 2.c through 2.f until all vertical scale settings are
checked for the channel under test. (See Table 6: DC voltage
measurement accuracy on page 178.)
g. Test all channels: Repeat substeps 2.a through 2.f for all four channels.
3. Disconnect the hookup:
a. Set the generator output to 0 V.
b. Disconnect the equipment from the generator output and the input
connector of the channel last tested.
