Lift and remove completely the pole shoes
plate.
Don’t remove the spring washer on top of

Spring washers on top of the coils
During pole shoes plate lifting, lift slightly
the pole shoes plate nearest the screw, which
secures the connecting block to the pole shoes
plate.
Lift the pole shoes plate.
