2. Press {NXT SCREEN}.
To select a message
3. Press the softkey adjacent to the desired message.
If the message includes asterisks (*), you may edit the
message using the dialpad. Enter digits on the dialpad;
they appear on the screen in place of the asterisks.
To send the message to the called extension
4. Press {SEND MSG}.
To send a message with confirmation
When you dial a display telephone and hear busy tone, you
can send a message which appears on the display of the
called extension.
1. Select a message, as explained above.
2. Press {SEND MSG}.
"WAIT..", followed by the message text, appears on
your display. You see either "MSG ACCEPTED" or
"MSG REJECTED". Rejected messages enter the
called extension's memory.
3. Press [SPKR] or replace the handset.

Canceling the message process
You may cancel the message process at any time:
• Press [FLASH].
