RECEIVING MESSAGES
The system informs you, through the display, of up to six
messages waiting for you. When messages have been left
at your extension, you hear broken dial tone when you lift
the handset or press [SPKR].
To read your messages
• Press {MESSAGE}.
All your messages are displayed.
To call the message sender
• Press the softkey to the left of the message.
To delete a message
• Press the softkey to the right of the message you wish
to delete.
To confirm a message
When you are on a call and a message appears in your
display:
• Press {ACCEPT MSG} to confirm, or {REJECT MSG}.
If you do not confirm the message, when you hang up,
the message is stored in the telephone's memory.
DELETING ALL MESSAGES
To delete all messages left at your telephone
1. Press {CANCEL}.
2. Press {MESSAGE}.
3. Press [SPKR].
