This User Guide provides you with all the information you need to get
the most from your phone.
Before you make your first call or use Alexa you will need to set up
your phone. Follow the simple instructions in ‘Getting started’, on the
next few pages.

If you have purchased a multi-pack, you will find one or more additional handsets,
chargers with power adaptors and additional rechargeable batteries.
You will need the following to set up your product:
• An active landline home telephone service connected using the telephone line
cord provided.
• An active Caller Display subscription. Charges may apply.
• An active internet network and Wi-Fi router connected using the Ethernet cable
provided.
• An Amazon account.
• An iOS/Android smartphone device with the Telstra Voice app and the
Amazon Alexa app installed, these can be downloaded free from your app
store by searching for ‘ Telstra Voice ’ and ‘ alexa ’.
Important
Use only the power adaptor and telephone line cord provided in the box.
Please note that this equipment is not designed for making emergency telephone
calls when the power fails. Alternative arrangements should be made for access to
emergency services.
