Always use two people when setting
up the mattress. Place the mattress
box in a desired location and remove
the mattress from the box and bag,
making sure not to puncture the box
or mattress bag with any sharp objects
while removing mattress from packing
materials. Place the mattress on the
bed base and ensure head and foot
ends are properly aligned.
Raise the mattress on the bed base to make hose connections by
adjusting the bed base to TV preset using the remote control.
Connect the mattress hoses to the bed base. Reach under the
mattress and pull the hose and connector down to the bed base.
Align the connector tabs of the mattress hose with the fan outlet of
the bed base. Insert and twist until the connector is locked in place.
Return the mattress and bed base to the at position using the
remote control at button. Setup is now complete. Refer to remote
control guide and user manual pages 10-13 and 16 for complete
information regarding tandem setups and operation of the
adjustable bed base and ACTIVEbreeze° systems.
