Do not power off the device.

Internet access is unavailable.
The device is performing WPS negotiation. If no client is
connected, the LED indicator keeps blinking for 2 minutes and
then turns solid on. If a client is connected successfully, the LED
indicator immediately turns solid on.
WiFi network is disabled.
At least one wired device is successfully connected or data
transmission is under way over the LAN port.
No wired device is connected.
The DSL negotiation is successful.
