Why is the warning triangle flashing on my TensCare Personal Care Product and I cannot increase the intensity?

  If the warning triangle is flashing and you can't increase the intensity on your TensCare Personal Care Product, especially when using EMS Manual Programme 10 or 11, it might be because the 'Ramp Up Time', 'Work Time', and 'Ramp Down Time' do not equal 'Rest Time' in ALTERNATING mode. Also, verify the electrode pad positions. If the pads are safely positioned, you can press the SKIP key to override the warning.

  If you're not getting any impulse output from the electrodes of your TensCare Personal Care Product, it could be due to an incomplete circuit. Ensure that both electrode pads (for each lead wire) are applied properly to create a complete circuit. Check that the lead wires are correctly connected at both ends. Also, inspect the leads for any damage; try using the other lead to see if the original lead is faulty.

  If the controls on your TensCare Personal Care Product aren't working, try pressing the Ch1 or Ch2 button to unlock the keypad. Also, make sure the battery is charged.
