If your TeraTron eBook Reader's Desktop KeyReader Plus isn't reading key data, even when the left LED indicates it's ready, ensure the USB port provides at least 500mAh (USB 2.0 standard). Also, make sure the USB cable is directly connected to the port and not through a passive USB hub or extended with another cable.
