Engine Oil
Regular oil changes are necessary to maintain a
strong running engine. Terex recommends a normal
oil change interval of 250 hours or every six months.
This recommendation has been made to help en-
sure proper lubrication during operation and to pro-
long engine life under typical operating conditions.
Oil Change Procedures
1. Run the engine for a few minutes to warm the
engine oil.

2. Remove the drain plug from the bottom of the
engine.
3. Drain oil into suitable container.

is also removed.

install new filter.
6. Tighten filter to specifications on filter label.
7. Refill engine to capacity with oil, as specified.
Engine Oil Specifications
Due to the significant variations in the quality and
performance of commercially available oils, Terex
