Safety Hints
Recommendation: Use a Residual Current Device
(RCD) with a tripping current no more than 30mA.
Individuals below the age of 16 and individuals, who
are not perfectly familiar with the instructions, are
not allowed to use the power tool.

Before Using the Hedge Trimmer

electrician.
Remove the plug immediately, if the cable or
extension power cable has been damaged or cut.
Keep electrical cables away from your working path
and make sure to have the power cable away behind
your back. Be aware of the power cable position
when changing direction.
Always wear suitable clothing; anti-slip shoes and
however do not restrict your movement. Tie long hair
back or protect with a hair net. Do not wear bracelets
or long jewelry which could get entangled in moving
parts.
Always wear safety goggles or a face guard, protective
gloves and wear ear guards.
Do not use the power tool when it is raining or on
wet hedges.
Within the working area, the person using the
power tool is responsible for any damaged or injury
sustained by third parties or their property, which has
been caused by the power tool. Watch your working
area and do not allow third persons or animals to be
around.
ASSEMBLY
Connection
This hedge trimmer may only be connected to single-
phase AC current.
Ensure that the main voltage is the same as the
operating voltage indicated on the rating plate.
Connect the power plug to the coupling of an outdoor
use extension cable. Form a loop, push it through the
opening in the rear handle and hook it over the Cable
Hook (5).
