• Do not carry out measurements on live components.
• Do not expose handles and feed lines to temperatures in excess of 70°C
unless they are expressly approved for higher temperatures. Temperature
specifications on probes/sensors refer only to the measuring range of the
sensor system.
• Only open the measuring instrument if this is expressly described in the
documentation for the purposes of maintenance or servicing.

Intended use
The testo 922 is a compact 2-channel measuring instrument for measuring
temperature. It is intended for indoor use only.
The product is designed for the following tasks/areas:
• HVAC field
• Measurement of surface temperatures
The product should not be used in the following areas:
• In potentially explosive atmospheres.
• For diagnostic measurements in the medical field.
