Why won't my Teufel AIRY SPORTS TWS Headphone connect to my phone?

If your Teufel headphones are not connecting to your mobile device, ensure that your device supports Bluetooth technology. Try turning Bluetooth off and then on again on your mobile device. Also, delete your Teufel AIRY SPORTS TWS headphones from the Bluetooth list and reconnect. Move your mobile device closer to the headphones, away from obstructions. Try connecting a different mobile device. As a last resort, clear the headphones pairing list by putting the headphones in the charging case and holding the L and R multipurpose areas for 8 seconds, then connect again.
