The
Up-Arrow key
works
exactly the
same
as the
ENTER
key
in
Number
Mode.

l (DOWN) -
The
Down-Arrow key
works
exactly the
same
as the ENTER key
in
Number
Mode.

(LEFT)
-
The
Left-Arrow key moves the cursor one
position to the left. When the
cursor
moves over a
character
it
does
not delete or change it in any
way_
FCTN
- (RIGHT) -
The
Right-Arrow key moves the cursor one
position to the right. Using this key allows you to move the
cursor
over a
character
without deleting
or
changing
it
in any way.
FCTN 2 (INS)
The
Insert
key
works
in
Number
Mode
just
as
it does
in
Command
Mode.

1 (DEL) -
The
Delete key
works

Number
Mode

Mode

FCTN 4 (CLEAR) -
If
you press the
Clear
key
at
any time while
in
N
umber
Mode, the current line scrolls up on the
screen
and
the
computer leaves
Number
Mode. Any changes which
had
been
made
on the line before you pressed the Clear key
are
ignored.
Thus.
if
you were editing
an
existing program line, the program line does
not change.
If
you were typing in a line, the line
is
not
added
to the
program.
FeTN
3
(ERASE)
-
The
Erase
key erases the elltire texl of the
program line being displayed.
The
line
number
is still displayed.
