USB Controller
ROM Location:
ROM_APITABLE is an array of pointers located at 0x0100.0010.
ROM_USBTABLE is an array of pointers located at ROM_APITABLE[16].
ROM_USBFIFOFlush is a function pointer located at ROM_USBTABLE[18].
Parameters:
ui32Base specifies the USB module base address.
ui32Endpoint is the endpoint to access.
ui32Flags specifies if the IN or OUT endpoint should be accessed.
Description:
This function will force the controller to flush out the data in the FIFO. The function can be
called with either host or device controllers and requires the ui32Flags parameter be one of
USB_EP_HOST_OUT, USB_EP_HOST_IN, USB_EP_DEV_OUT, or USB_EP_DEV_IN.
Returns:
None.

Get the current frame number.
