Use the line to cut. Do not force the trimmer head into grass that has not yet been
cut.
Wire and fences are hard on the line and may even cause it to break.
Stones and walls, and wood cause the line to be worn down very fast. Walk around

mopeds, motorbikes, etc.
Always follow the directions of the supplier for the oil regarding the mix of oil (see
the back of the oil container).
Use a clean and approved petrol can for mixing the petrol with oil.
Use an approved two-stroke oil for air cooled engines, chainsaws, trimmers etc. (Do

Normally 2% oil is mixed with the gasoline. (50:1) However, always follow the
directions of the manufacturer of the oil.
Mix the oil and gasoline thoroughly and shake the can before filling.
Never use a mix of gasoline and oil that is more than 90 days old as this may lead

more than 30 days.
