many years of camping pleasure. We encourage you to read and understand each step of the set-up instructions prior to working with
the arbor.
Do not apply excessive force to this product.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 . .Put the two section chain corded number 1 pole sections into center hub 1 and the number 2 pole
sections of wide Y joint.
Step 2 . .Put two section chain-corded number 3 pole sections into each of the number 3 sections of the
wide Y joint and then each of the number 4 pole sections of the small Y joint.
Step 3 . .Put the top section of the three section chain-corded number 5 leg poles into the number 5 section
of the small Y joint.
Step 4 . .Place the arbor skin over the frame. Stretch the arbor skin over the corner joints.
Step 5 . .Now raise the other two sections of the three section chain-corded leg poles to full height.
Step 6 . .Pull each leg section of the arbor skin completely down the length of the leg poles and connect T-
clips into leg poles.
Step 7 . .Enter arbor and connect skin to leg poles with attached velcro strips.
Step 8 . .Guy rope and stake down the arbor.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Connect Poles to Hub and Joints

Connect number 1 pole sections to center hub and number 2 pole sections to wide Y joints.

Step 2: Connect Poles to Y Joints

Insert number 3 poles into wide Y joints and number 4 poles into small Y joints.

Step 3: Connect Leg Poles to Small Y Joints

Insert top section of number 5 leg poles into number 5 section of small Y joints.

Step 4: Place Arbor Skin

Drape arbor skin over the frame and stretch it over the corner joints.

Step 5: Raise Leg Poles

Raise the remaining sections of the chain-corded leg poles to their full height.

Step 6: Secure Arbor Skin to Leg Poles

Pull arbor skin down leg poles and connect T-clips to the poles.

Step 7: Final Skin Connection

Enter arbor and connect skin to leg poles using attached velcro strips.

Step 8: Stake Down Arbor

Attach guy ropes and stake down the arbor to secure it.

Warning: Open Flame

Arbor fabrics are flame retardant, but avoid using open flames near or in the arbor.

Additional Information: Securing Arbor

Always stake down the arbor securely, away from campfires, to prevent damage.

Waterproofing Procedures

New arbors require seam sealing for water tightness; use recommended spray sealer.

Stake Recommendations

Use appropriate stakes (sand, steel, skewer, snow) based on soil conditions.

Zipper Maintenance

Lubricate sticking zippers with silicone; avoid forcing zippers with caught material.

Storage Guidelines

Store arbors dry, loosely folded, away from heat, water, and pests like mice.

Washing Instructions

Hand wash with mild soap; reapply seam sealer after washing to maintain waterproofing.

Nylon Arbor Lifespan

UV rays and storing damp can degrade nylon; avoid insect/hair sprays on fabric.

Repair Information

Use rip-stop nylon patches for small tears; consider a tent repair kit.
