Manual Overboard Drain Operation (for Ice Chest)
The ice-chest drawer, located in the lower section of the galley, is equipped with a
manual drain valve used to empty water from the ice chest.
Note: Return manual drain valve to closed position when draining is complete.

Hot Liquid Container Operation
The master control switch panel, located in the galley header, controls the hot liquid
container. Pressing the switch once will turn the hot liquid container heater on,
pressing again will turn heater off. Green text on the switch indicates on.
Caution: Do NOT turn hot liquid container heater on when tank is empty.
