Hot Liquid Container Removal
A Prepco hot liquid container is located in the upper section of the galley. The hot
liquid container is designed to keep preheated liquids warm. The hot liquid container
holds one gallon and is easily removed for lling. The master control switch panel in
the galley header controls the heater in the hot liquid container (see Switch Panels for
switch operation).
Note: Make certain the switch for the hot liquid container is “Off” before attempting
to remove the container from the galley. See Switch Panels for switch
operation.
Warning: 1. Do not overll tank. Leave 1 inch of empty space when lling.
2. Ensure cap is clean and tight to prevent leakage.
3. Ensure vent hole in cap is free of debris.
4. Do not place liquids hotter than 180ºF (82ºC) in tank.
5. Cover lid with towel when handling tank to prevent steam burns.
To remove and ll hot liquid container:
2. Slide door back.
3. Lift up slightly on the front of
the hot liquid container and
slide inboard to remove.
Caution: Be careful when removing,
the hot liquid container may be HOT.

Manual Drip Tray Drain Operation
The drip tray is designed to catch drips from the hot liquid container(s). Empty hot
liquid container or coffee pot contents elsewhere.
1. Press and hold drip tray drain valve to open drain.
2. Release valve when contents have drained.

1. Lift up on the bottom of the
hot liquid container door and
rotate up 90 degrees.
