following remedial measures are not effective, please call Towngas 24-Hour Customer

Error Code (blinking) Reason Remedial Measure
Power is off <Goes out>
• Power is off or the power
plug is removed during
operation
• When power is restored, SOFTEN
& COOL mode will be operated
automatically. Please wait for the drum
to stop rotation and then operate again.
Power is restored
• Insufficient air for
combustion
• Filter is blocked by lint
• Filter is covered by thin
and less breathable
clothes
• Too much clothes
• Please wait for the drum to stop rotation.
Then operate again after inspection.
• If there is too much clothes , reduce the
amount of clothes or remove the less
breathable clothes, then operate again.
• Dust has built up inside
the dryer
• The exhaust duct or
exhaust elbow is blocked
• Please contact Towngas Company for
service.
• Gas supply valve of
appliance is closed or
not fully opened
• Please wait for the drum to stop rotation
and fully open the gas supply valve of
appliance. Then operate again.
• Gas supply valve of
appliance is not fully
opened
• Please wait for the drum to stop rotation
and then operate again after inspection.
• Oxygen level is very low
in the room
• Please wait for the drum to stop rotation
and then operate again after ensuring
the ventilation is good enough.
• The exhaust duct or
exhaust elbow is blocked
• Please contact Towngas Company for
service.
• Lint filter is blocked by
lint
• Too much clothes
• Please wait for the drum to stop rotation.
Then operate again after cleaning the
filter.
• If there are too much clothes, reduce the
amount of clothes or remove the less
breathable clothes, then operate again.
• The START/PAUSE
button is
pressed over 10
seconds
• The control panel circuit
malfunctions
• Please wait for the drum to stop rotation.
Then operate again after inspection.
