Check the following items before calling for service
No operation
• Is the power interrupted?
• Is the circuit breaker of power supply actuated?
• Is the power plug inserted?
• Is the ON-OFF button or the START/PAUSE button pressed?
• Is the door completely closed?
Ignition failure
• Are the gas meter valve and gas supply valve of appliance fully opened?
• Has the dryer not been used for long period?
Long drying time/ Unsatisfactory drying
• Is the CLEAN FILTER lamp on or blinking?
• Are there too many clothes?
• Are the clothes sufciently dehydrated?
• Has the door been opened during operation?
• Have more clothes been added during operation?
• Has the program been switched during operation?
• Is the exhaust duct or exhaust elbow blocked?
• Is THICK/EXTRA program used for thick clothes?
• Is FAST 1KG program used for large amount of clothes or thick clothes?
