Why is there no sound coming from my Singing Machine Karaoke System?
    • W
      William JacksonAug 16, 2025
If you're not getting any sound, there are a few things to check: First, make sure the volume control isn't set to the minimum; turn it up. If you're using a TV or PA system, ensure its volume is also turned up and that it is powered on. Also, verify that the AUX OUT jacks are properly connected, referring to the 'Audio Connection' instructions on page 12.

What to do if my The Singing Machine Karaoke System CD player cannot work normally?

      becky20Sep 12, 2025
If your CD player isn't working correctly, displaying unusual symbols, try these steps: Ensure the disc is inserted correctly (label side up). Check if the disc is dirty; if so, wipe it gently with a soft cloth. If the disc is scratched or warped, try using a new one. Make sure you're using a standard disc with the appropriate logo, as described on page 14. If moisture has formed inside the CD deck, wait 20-30 minutes for it to dry out. Lastly, try resetting the Singing Machine by unplugging it for 30 seconds.

Make sure the source selector on your TV is set to VIDEO using your TV remote. If your TV lacks a video line input, connect from the VIDEO OUT of the system to the VIDEO IN of your VCR, or connect to an RF Modulator and then to the TV cable input, referring to 'Making the Connections' on page 9. Also, if you're using a CDG disc, ensure it's clean and that the CDG indicator is lit.
