FACTOR CKCULATION: Measured absorbances are multiplied with a factor given
by
the user
to get concentrations. The concentration unit is defined by the unit of
the factor. Concentration
is
calsulated according to the following
equation:

The measurement parameters, calculation parameters and calculated
concentrations are sent to the built-in printer or via the interface.

The user enters the concentrations of the standards and Multiskan

calculates a standard line with the

concentration units by the use of this line. The measurement
