Overview

The ThermoPro TP-27 is a professional remote food thermometer designed to help users cook like a pro every time by remotely monitoring food and grill/oven/smoker temperatures. It features four color-coated stainless steel probes, allowing for simultaneous monitoring of multiple items.

Function Description:

The TP-27 consists of a receiver and a transmitter. The transmitter is placed near the cooking appliance with probes inserted into the food or placed in the cooking environment using BBQ clips. The receiver allows the user to monitor temperatures remotely from anywhere in their home, within a range of up to 500 feet (150 meters). The device provides programmable temperature settings for both meat (MEAT mode) and ambient BBQ temperatures (BBQ mode, with HI and LO settings). When the set temperature is reached, both the transmitter and receiver will sound an alarm, the LCD backlight will turn on, and the corresponding probe on the display will flash. The alarm can be set to beep, vibrate, or both, and also has a silent mode. The thermometer saves current settings even after being turned off. It also features an auto-off function for both the receiver and transmitter to conserve battery life. The receiver turns off after 30 minutes of no signal from the transmitter, while the transmitter turns off if all four probes stay below 40 °C for 2 hours.
