Setting the clock
The system must be in standby mode in order to set the clock.
1) Activate clock setting mode: Press and hold “ENTER / CLOCK” button for 3 seconds. “Set 24 hour”
starts blinking on the display.
2) Press “SCAN+” or “SCAN-” to choose between 12-hour/ 24-hour format. Press “ENTER / CLOCK”
button to conrm. The hour indicator starts blinking.
3) Press “SCAN+” or “SCAN-” to set the hour. Press “ENTER / CLOCK” button to conrm. The minute
indicator starts blinking.
4) Press the “ENTER / CLOCK” button to conrm the minute.
Note: If the product is disconnected from power, the clock setting needs to be reset.
Setting Alarm
The system must be in standby mode in order to set the alarm.
1) Activate alarm setting mode: Press and hold “VOLUME- / ALARM 1” button for 3 seconds.
2) You can use the “SCAN+” or “SCAN-” buttons to choose one of the Alarm mode: BUZZER / DAB / FM.
Press “VOLUME- / ALARM 1” button to conrm.
3) Press “VOLUME- / ALARM 1” button to conrm the channel. (Only available in DAB & FM Alarm mode.)
4) Press “SCAN+” or “SCAN-” buttons to set the hour. Press “VOLUME- / ALARM 1” button to conrm.
The minute indicator starts blinking.
5) Press “SCAN+” or “SCAN-” buttons to set the minutes. Press “VOLUME- / ALARM 1” button to conrm.
6) Press “SCAN+” or “SCAN-” buttons to set the Alarm volume. Press “VOLUME- / ALARM 1” button
to conrm.
7) Press “SCAN+” or “SCAN-” buttons to set the Duration. Press “VOLUME- / ALARM 1” button to conrm.
8) Once you completed the alarm setting an alarm symbol will appear on the display.
To set the second alarm time, repeat each of the above steps with the “VOLUME+ / ALARM 2” button.
Deactivate the alarm
Press “VOLUME- / ALARM 1” or “VOLUME+ / ALARM 2” button to turn off the alarm.
Snooze
The automatically set alarm function can be switched off for 9 minutes with the “HOT-KEY 3 (Preset
station 3) / SNOOZE” button.
Operation
Mode selection
Press the “STANDBY / FUNCTION” button shortly to switch between the modes: FM / DAB.
Volume control
The volume can be easily controlled by “VOLUME- / ALARM 1” & “VOLUME+ / ALARM 2” buttons.
Sleep function
Press and hold the “HOT-KEY 1(Preset station 1) / SLEEP” button to enter the sleep function. Press
“HOT-KEY 1(Preset station 1) / SLEEP” button shortly to adjust the sleep timer in 10 minutes steps
from 120 minutes to 10 and 5 to OFF.
ANTENNA
For optimal reception, extend the antenna, move to fully extend and adjust.
Dimmer function
Press and hold the “HOT-KEY 2(Preset station 2) / DIMMER” button to adjust display lightness.
Favourites memory direct selection
The device allows you to store your favourite stations as presets, either via its 3 front panel mounted ‘hot-keys’
