To start a program:
TIME Program
Press to start.
Use the and buttons to select the desired time then press to start
the program.
DISTANCE Program
Press to start.
Use the and buttons to select the desired distance then press to
start the program.
CALORIE Program
Press to start.
Use the and buttons to select the desired calorie goal then press
to start the program.
INTERVAL TIME
Program
Press to display the (20-10) Interval Program on the display. Press
twice for the (30-90) Interval Program, or thrice for the (30-20-10) Interval
Program. Press to start program.
Press four times to display the custom interval program then press to
set.
1. WORK will light on the console. Use the and buttons to select the
interval time then press to set.
2. REST will light on the console. Use the and buttons to select the rest
time then press to set.
3. ROUND will display on the console. Round value in the distance window
will flash. Use the and buttons to set the number of rounds then
press to set and start the program.
INTERVAL CALORIE
Program
Press then to display the Calorie program.
1. Calorie target will flash starting at default 10 calories. Use the and
buttons to select the desired calories then press to set.
2. REST and TIME will light on the console. Use the and buttons to
change the time from the default 1:30 then press to set.
3. ROUND will display on the console. Round value in the distance window
will flash. Use the and buttons to set the number of rounds then
press to set and start the program.
