* 장시간 동안 게임하지 마십시오.

* 게임 중 한 시간 당 10 ~ 15 분 정도 휴식을 취하십시오.

* 손, 손목, 팔, 발, 다리가 피로하거나 통증이 있는 경우 게임을 중지한 후 두 세 시간 쉬었다가 다시 게임을 진행하십시오.
