In FSL2 mode: BLIND WAIT FOR FIRST FAULT OCCURRENCE ONLY and conditions:
• If the fault condition has been sent to UP, from that moment onwards any subsequent faults will be
sent to UP, without intentional delay.
• The intentional delay, resulting from the wait for the BLIND signal, will be start again automatically
when voltage is measured to be stable for 3 minutes consecutively.
