MEASUREMENTS, LOGICAL STATES AND COUNTERS
Low level faults can be ignored or reported; this can be done by setting to ON or OFF the parameter
Report LOW LEVEL fault in the menu Set \ Fault relay.
The protection functions remain active even in case of low level faults:
• Internal BUS low level OK/NOT OK
• Check I/Os assigned to low level runtime protection OK/NOT OK
• Check I/Os assigned to low level runtime PLC OK/NOT OK
• Run-time DFR OK/NOT OK
All remaining (high level) faults, deactivate the protection functions:
• Protection and automations IN SERVICE/OUT OF SERVICE
• General diagnostics OK/NOT OK
• Startup database OK/NOT OK
• Run-time database OK/NOT OK
• Startup DSP board OK/NOT OK
• Run-time DSP board OK/NOT OK
• Startup memory OK/NOT OK
• Run-time memory OK/NOT OK
• Startup serial ash OK/NOT OK
• Run-time serial ash OK/NOT OK
• Run-time SF memo OK/NOT OK
• Run-time SF memo OK/NOT OK
• Internal BUS high level OK/NOT OK
• Internal BUS low level OK/NOT OK
• Run-time DFR OK/NOT OK
• Startup PLC status OK/NOT OK
• Run-time PLC OK/NOT OK
• Breaker fault OK/NOT OK
• Capacitive divider voltage calibration OK/NOT OK
• MMI module
• Startup OK/NOT OK
• run-time OK/NOT OK
The diagnostic information can be associated with an output relay selected with the parameter in
the menu Set \ Fault relay

Fault logging - SFR
Logging is activated by at least one of the following causes (up to eight at the same time):
• Switching (OFF-ON) of an output relay associated with the tripping of a control or protection
function
Note 1 A relay may only be assigned to the self-diagnostics function by a level 1 user
