Tigé Boats, Inc. reserves the right to modify its products through
changes in design or material without being obligated to incorporate
such changes in products for prior manufacture. Tigé does not
authorize its dealers or other persons to change the terms of this
limited warranty, or to assume any liabilities or repair costs other than

other rights that vary from state to state and outside the United
States.
Tigé Warranty Transfer
Yes, you can transfer the THREE YEAR BOW-TO-STERN WARRANTY on
your 2016 Tigé. The remaining duration of the Tigé Limited Warranty
from the first owner’s original purchase date of any 2016 Tigé is
transferable to a documented second owner by submitting an official
transfer form and $500 transfer fee to Tigé within twenty days of the
title transfer. The transfer of warranty can only be made when the boat
is purchased from an authorized Tigé dealer and the warranty service
is completed by the selling dealer. Warranty for the second owner
will not be effective until the warranty transfer form is approved by
Tigé Boats, Inc. and the transfer fee is received. Powertrain warranty
transfer is available through Indmar Engines. Information can be found
in the engine owner manual. Canvas coverings are not transferable.
