MAINTENANCE
GREASING BOOM CYLINDER(S) PIVOT POINTS
Locate the zerk on the butt end tang of cylinder and
on rod end tang. Inject Lithium-Complex Extreme
Pressure grease confirming to NLGI2-ISO 320
specifications until grease begins to protrude from
ends. This procedure is to be used on the main
boom cylinder, secondary boom cylinder, deck
pivot, and swivel cylinders daily or at 8 hour
intervals.
BALL VALVES
The ball valve at the hydraulic reservoir may need
to be closed during certain maintenance or repair
procedures. THE BALL VALVES MUST BE OPEN
(handle parallel with valve) WHEN TRACTOR IS
RE-STARTED OR PUMP IS COUPLED TO
MOTOR OR P.T.O.! Failure to do so will result in
component failure!
