Why won't the lid close on my Tiger JPB-G10S?

First, check if the inner lid is properly set in place. Also, if you're trying to close the lid just after loosening cooked rice, remember that the inner lid of a pressure rice cooker is highly air-tight. The lid may be slightly hard to close, but this is not a malfunction; close the lid slowly.
