Why is my rice not cooking properly in my Tiger Rice Cooker?

If the rice isn't cooking well in your Tiger Rice Cooker, several factors could be at play. First, ensure you're using the correct proportions of rice, ingredients, and water, especially with multi-grain rice. Also, make sure the lid was closed securely. Check if the correct menu was selected. Avoid using hot water (35°C or higher) to wash the rice or adjust the water level. Don't cook more than the maximum acceptable amount. Cooking should not be continued immediately after the initial cooking. Also, avoid cooking with alkaline ionized water (pH 9 or higher).
