- The TIMBERPRO guarantees nationwide service

13.4. IN CASE OF AN INCIDENT
- The warranty must be correctly completed, containing all of
the required information and accompanied by an invoice or
sales slip from the seller.
13.1. WARRANTY PERIOD
- The warranty period (Law of 1999/44 EC) in accordance
with the terms described below is for 2 years from the date of
purchase, for parts and labor, against defects in manufacturing
and equipment.
13.2. EXCLUSIONS
The TIMBERPRO warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear due to use,
- Poor or wrong use of the machine.
- Damage caused by work done by personnel not authorized
by TIMBERPRO or use of spare parts that are not original.
