1.0 PURPOSE:
1.1 To provide Customer Service Centers with procedures on how to operate and set-up the Model 916 watch.
2.0 WATCH OPERATION AND SET-UP
2.1 HOW TO START YOUR WATCH
If the watch is provided with an e-guard (small plastic inserted between case and crown), it needs to be removed by
pulling downward (perpendicular to the back of the watch case).
2.2 TIME-OF-DAY SETTING
a. Pull the Crown out to SET 2 Position (second hand will stop moving).
b. Rotate the Crown to move the HOUR and MINUTE HANDS clockwise until correct time is displayed.
Note: Be sure to observe the AM or PM hands position when passing the 12 o’clock to 1 o’clock.
If date change occurs, time is on AM and if no date change, time is on PM.
c. Push the Crown in to the ZERO Position. The SECOND HAND should resume operation after one second.
2.3 DAY SETTING
a. Pull the Crown to the SET 2 Position.
b. Rotate the Crown in either direction until the current day is displayed.
c. Day should move forward or backward depending on the Crown direction.
d. Push the Crown in to ZERO Position.
