Attach the frame to the upside-down hopper using four screws.
Slide impeller onto gear box spindle and secure with screw.
Secure wheel assembly frames to hopper frame using bolts and lock nuts.
Connect frame braces and cross brace to hopper and wheel assembly frames.
Install inner/outer axle bushings, wheels, and end caps, securing with bolts and nuts.
Insert handle shaft between wheel frames and attach pivot assembly. Tighten all bolts.
Attach upper handles and gauge/lever assembly using bolts and lock nuts.
Connect control rod to adjustable handles and pivot bracket assembly.
Connect adjustable control rod to the shut off plate with washers and lock nut.
Align hopper, insert R pin, and place screen. Check impeller rotation direction.
Determine area, estimate material, check closure plate, and set flow control.
Maintain speed, start/stop correctly, overlap passes for uniform coverage.
Avoid damage to plants, use cover for moisture protection.
