What to do if my Titan PowrLiner 3500 Paint Sprayer does not generate pressure?
    • H
      Heather Lloyd MDJul 27, 2025
If your Titan Paint Sprayer isn't generating pressure, several factors could be at play. First, the unit may have sucked in air; in this case, bleed the oil circuit by turning the pressure control valve completely to the left for approximately 2-3 minutes, then turn it to the right to set the spraying pressure, repeating if needed. Alternatively, the suction filter might be clogged, requiring cleaning or replacement. Thick paint can also clog the valves, so try diluting it. Also, a clogged gun filter or tip can restrict paint flow, so inspect and clean both.

Why is my Titan Paint Sprayer not sucking in paint?

      Amy BishopAug 10, 2025
If your Titan Paint Sprayer isn't sucking in paint, the inlet valve might be clogged; try pressing the inlet valve button by hand several times until it reaches the stop. The inlet or outlet valve may be soiled, have foreign bodies, or be worn; in this case, remove and clean the valves, replacing any worn parts. Also, ensure the pressure control valve isn't turned down completely; turn it to the right until it stops. Finally, check if the unit is sucking in outside air by ensuring the suction system is tightened properly and that all connections are secure and not leaking. If the inlet valve button is leaky, replace the wiper and O-ring.
