      If the material is not spraying properly from your Titan Paint Sprayer, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the PRIME/SPRAY knob is in the PRIME position. Check for and repair any air leaks in the siphon tube/siphon set. Also, a clogged inlet screen, siphon tube, or spray tip could be the culprit; clean or replace these parts as needed. If the spray tip is worn or too large, replace it with the correct size for your material. Clean or replace a clogged gun filter or inlet screen. Check the valve and connections if material flows from the return hose when the PRIME/SPRAY valve is in the SPRAY position. Identify and repair any external fluid leaks, and replace worn or dirty seals and valve balls if there's an internal fluid section leak. Finally, replace worn valve seats if neces...
